About ADR Society

The Oxford University Alternative Dispute Resolution Society is a student-run society dedicated to the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution and career support for students interested in ADR-related work.

By exposing students to top arbitrators, mediators and negotiators through workshops, speaker events and networking events, we hope to inspire more students to discover the world of ADR and gain insights about the opportunities available in the field.

We aim to help students develop practical skills through workshops, competitions, and bootcamps that are organised by experts and experienced students. Not only will these soft skills put you in good stead as a prospective lawyer in the field of ADR, it will serve you well in any commercial setting.
